Agreed - so many broken promises and fake systems at Globalfoundries. It’s a house of cards ready to topple. All smoke and mirrors with no genuine authentic elements to it.

@3pfh lol what raises? what promotion? you mean the delayed pay raise that doesn't keep up with COL increase and being told "you are on tracked for next year" which is a bold face lie?
Might as well give them a piece of our mind, because they sure as he-l gave you theirs in form of delayed and anemic raises.
The adage applies, if you have nothing good to say, don't say anything at all, it will cost you raise and promotion.oe worse.

More than 5 submissions per shift and a manager can see the comments. And if you're providing comments - they'll figure it out. Based on what your grievances are and even your writing style. You could try to make your comments more general and you could try to change your writing style - but you'll ultimately defeat the purpose of providing a comment
As long as you do not use anything threatening in the comments nothing will be revealed to GF. Part of the agreement to remain ethical and legal. Glint can technically see who and what was put but are bound by contract to not allow GF to access it.
Glint's responsibility and role is to break the information down by department and role. They then cascade that information to GF.
All managers with 5+ reports can access only their comments. They and no one can see who actually wrote the comment.... at GF.
Responses with comments only show " Manager Name report"
