Thread regarding Appian layoffs

is anyone going to eeoc?

Are people looking to file any complaints for Appian's shady practices in any way or form?

I'm curious what you think are EEOC violations in their practices. Care to elaborate?

Go to the EEOC but talk to an attorney first. The EEOC only certifies an action but an attorney is needed to file the action. Most work on contingency or you can pay by the hour.

I was considering it, but ended up signing the separation agreement because ultimately I need the severance pay. So I'm effectively silenced now.
