Has anyone noticed that the CHC contribution of $750, for Individual or more depending on how many members are on health insurance, that was deposited into our HSA from CHC on 12/1/22 has been withdrawn on 3/28/23. If you log into your account, it doesn’t even show either the deposit or withdrawal transactions.

I just checked the last 3 years of HSA employer contributions.
I was paid the full amount on 12/15/2021 and 12/15/2022. For 2023 I was given partial payments,
No January payment.
Partial on 02/28/2023
Partial on 03/31/2023
Partial, but double previous payments on 04/14/2023 (last CHC paycheck).
That said, aside from strange pay out dates, I got 4 months worth of HSA Employer contribution payments. Might want to check your statements at https://changehealthcare.connectyourcare.com/.
Now I need to figure out how to merge the old Optum (CHC) balance into the new Optum account.
CHC brand no longer since February it’s the “big brother” who acquired CHC making all of this cut. This is part of their M&A formula to cut cost to show artificial growth. Net results - bragging right to press of double digit growth. Execs got awarded with more stock options/bonuses. Sad!!
You’re correct…I checked my balance on 3/28 & I had a balance of $1300. I tried to use it at my Dr appt on 3/29 & it was gone. I called & was told it was a funding change. I believe my balance shouldn’t have been robbed of that money because that money was deposited in year 2022 to offset our high deductible healthcare premiums. Another low blow from CHC.
