I used to really like doing my job but while working here I started to think about a complete career change. Who wouldn't start hating their job next to arrogant and incompetent managers like we have here?

Those arrogant and incompetent managers will keep their jobs for as long as they want them. These degenerates who have lived an entire life of nepotism favoring them will never feel the weight of their actions.
Meanwhile the underlings can face termination at the drop of a pin and lose their job that already pays far less than average for what they do.
