So how many are really getting laid off. My ASTL told me not to email anyone at regional as they are probably gone already.

Those teams started becoming worthless years ago. Standing there with a clipboard, making sure your store process card is filled out. Expecting perfection. Then walking out without helping to stock for even 5 minutes, talk about plans to freshen up the look of the program. They don't even need an expert in that department anymore for those positions. They can hire a jabroni off the street at $15/hr to do that job anymore
Even half of the Field Associates is too many what is their purpose anyway to tell stores how to run when they don't have a clue what their doing total waste! Waiting for the second round of cuts.

overpaid bloat that didnt effect any kind of sales change or morale boost to front line..good riddance..
They cut the Field Associate positions in half. Pointless position regardless.
