Wow. You know after the Q1 review meeting last week I just took the rest of the day off to work on my resume and good news! I already have an offer at $10,000 more than I am making now! So thanks Derek for that tone deaf presentation where you made us all feel like we don't matter to the company. I am planning on quitting with no notice (sorry guys I love you but I need to make a point). I hope for the ones who stay the company gets sold soon and you don't have to sit through too many more meetings where you are negged and told to shut up if you don't have anything nice to say.

I too am tired of these fake presentations.
They DONT give a f about you.
I recommend never attending a leadership meeting and just working on getting with a company that gives a cr-p about you.
Remember to rate them on glass door and such.

LOL - good to know, I already left that place months ago. When I saw my colleagues getting laid off all over the place, I didn't want to be next.
