Thread regarding Boeing Co. layoffs

Boeing has had 1 quarter where they had a profit since the 737 max crash

For the last seven years, since the 737 max crash, Boeing has only had one quarter where they didn’t lose money.

How does the board justify paying David Calhoun a bonus when the company is in the worst financial shape it’s ever been in?

They are living in a fantasy world where they’re going to deliver 40 737s a month to turn a profit, with the least experienced workforce they have ever had assembling the 737.

It will take a complete makeover of the executive suite to turn this company around.

Think Boeing will have big problem when the FAA discovers all the 737 defects we have hidden from them especially if they are discovered as part of another accident investigation. Can't get anyone in my food chain to come clean on it.

The only thing new and innovative about Boeing is the ways it rips off and steal money from the government.

Ridley Boeing is doomed! 150 laid off union workers since December of 2022. The V22 is done in 2025. The CH47 is 60 years old and has serious supply chain issues due to the nature of the parts.

Boeing’s T-7A jet trainer aircraft is not expected to reach initial operational capability until spring 2027, three years later than originally planned, the Air Force said.

From 1960 to 1995 Boeing heritage managed to design/produce the 727, 747, 737, 757, 767 and 777. The 727, 747, 757 and 767 are no more. In the years since 1995 Boeing has poorly managed 787, messed up 737 update, and is now in a 10 year cycle to maybe update the 777. Management is clueless and incompetent. Capable and experienced engineering was traded for executive bonuses. Completion has been swift to take advantage of Boeing failings. Boeing is now in its end days.

Boeing is biggest US government scam ever. Do they report their bribes to government officials in their quarterly reports? Having their headquarters in DC must make this much easier now.

777X, USAF Tanker, Airforce One and Starliner projects are still spending lots of money and none of these projects will ever break even much less achieve a positive return on investment. They are really just placeholders for Boeing's nepo executive welfare program.
