Haven’t met one person in HR that is there to take care of employees, it’s all controlled by the people who have been around forever. Spoken with multiple people who have raised issues around bullying and mistreatment and HR just sides with the leaders who are doing the bullying and sweeps it under the rug.

This isn’t specific to Lululemon HR. HR everyone is full of sociopaths, sycophants, and corporate stooges. Their primary responsibility is to protect the company, not the worker.
This is accurate. Look up the lululemon mu---r court documents testimony, Montgomery County MD. One lululemon employee lures another back into the store, forgot something, brutally stabs her 331 times. Fake until the very end. That is lululemon in a nutshell. Anyone will stab you front, back and center, 331 times.
That’s what I’ve seen, all bullsh*t and leaders who are oblivious to reality.
