The nightmare leadership with Houston AJG (GJ demotion) is finally over. All staff received an email earlier this week in typical AJG fashion that accepts no responsibility or regret for not meeting expectations. People are secretly being laid off due to GJ's ineffective leadership which drove all smart people out the door. I wouldn't necessarily count on his replacement being any different but buys time.
Ideally they would break up this old boys club with a woman but existing company assets are damaged goods.
