I give him a 3. Why? If it was less, the Board of Directors and institutional investment community would have easily recognized what a disaster he’s been and called for his removal long ago. He’s been just slippery enough to sell his snake oil and get away with it for the past 5 years. What an embarrassment.

Most disliked CEO is a mild reputation. Nothing like the award for the CEO that destroyed 121 years of legacy.
Inge Thulin was the worst disaster CEO of 3M, he shoved all the problems under the carpet and presented himself as a 'pretty boy' before Wall Street. He should be the one to be called on the carpet.
MR's legacy will be that he will go down in history as the most disliked 3M CEO of all time.
Internally people don't respect him, externally he has no credibility. Poor soul !
MR has proven track record to run down businesses.
First the Renewable energy division when he was the VP&GM, was closed down
Now, he is repeating that feat, but at a company wide level
