For the person saying PBM layoffs are being planned. What roles at the PBM?
In the PBM at least, lists of names are currently being put together. Expect this to roll out during q2/q3.
Also, lots of discussion about flattening the org. Lather rinse repeat if you’ve been around here long enough.
Like most large companies, CVS is to top heavy, add payroll to the boots on the ground to take care of the customer.
It is happening everywhere and will get worse until inflation is brought under control.
It's CVS, be prepared for anything.
