I really think poor planning and some sort of panic has led to such poor decisions and execution here. Studies seem to indicate how these sorts of things impact higher performers and choices around abandoning ship among those that were not cut -

Yeah round two is just around the corner. At least that is the sentiment in Canada as they work to avoid reporting larger numbers to the government and being forced to increase the notice period.
