Boston Scientific released plans on their 2022 annual report to have terminations in 2023. They have budgeted $60 to $80 million in termination benefits.

Wowww, got rid of pto carry fwd resulted in “savings” of $50mil+ recently at expenses of employees and now more layoffs; :(
I’m looking to jump ship over to Boston Scientific and see many job openings. Are you guys on a hiring freeze? Should I post pone on applying? It sounds like layoffs are coming.
An employee asked about this during today's Town Hall. Instead of answering the question, he talked about a recent email he received. It was a very weird answer to a very important question!
