Intel has begun round 2 of layoffs after a brief pause. HPC ..high performance computing has been targeted and hit with 40%+ layoffs. Intel is relentless..more to come. Toxic environment brewing. Management chain are puppets and beyond woke drinking the Kool aid 10x over. You know who you are!! Pathetic sc-ms!!!

The issue is that when you have no incentive to work harder, why would someone. You get to keep your job is not a good incentive.
Bring promos back right away or else every quarter there will need to be more cuts.
How much more are we going to keep hiding behind the inept manager excuse. Lot of managers were bad around 2014 and many of them got wiped out. Are there still a few that are bad, yes. But is that the main problem. I dont think so.

It has been toxic for a long time. Starts at the top with managers retaining friends or the cool kids club vs actually cutting dead weight. Look at Intels cuts over the past 20 years, what's the one thing in common? Worker bees get cut while managers stay around making the same bad decisions year over year and either rehiring previous employees and retaining buddies.
