Thread regarding 3M layoffs

Anyone attend Tireman's townhall.

Heard he was full of stories and excuses but always an interesting character. Hasn't EO already been slashed badly enough? Not sure what's left to cut. Any MBBs still around?

Tireman, how's the scotch this evening. Planning on another podcast with Kearney?

That guy said people who are not laid off need to make sure the model that leadership team put together succeed. Otherwise more lay offs. Where is accountability of leadership team for all the failed models in past years?. It is always worker bees going to get fired. Basically they say "my model is failed and you are fired"

For as cr-ppy as the situation is I have watched the CEO town hall, SIBG town hall, and the EO town hall and I can tell you Gibbons was the only one that convinced me he genuinely is pi---d about the situation. Pi---d that people are losing their jobs, pi---d that functions continue to not work together, and pi---d that we keep working on stupid $hit. I agree that Peter hasn’t down enough to start fixing this mess, but I felt like he took this one to heart. The other leaders were basically reading from a teleprompter and showed no emotions favorable or unfavorable which leads me to believe they are just going through the motions and could care less. SIBGs town hall was watching two mo--ns deciding which one should stand behind the podium as of it was the throne. The power struggle and politics are real.
