Hey Guys.
Hope you didn't spend all your bonus in one place. I am back from June.

Noticed a few rumors flying around.

  1. no official RTO. Just some rogue managers trying to suggest to a few days of RTO.
  2. no layoffs. Definitely not in the tens of thousands.

As an employee you have no control over layoffs. If you are 59 plus, please get prepared, put money away for Cobra ($$$). Dell is a decent company but when you get older, you have that target on your back and it might take a bit longer to find another good job. I hope the bad news is over for this year
