Thread regarding General Electric Co. layoffs

It makes no sense to expect positive changes

Expecting that something will change for the better at GM would make sense if we actually objected to the working conditions which generally don't suit us.
However, how can we expect any change for the better when everyone shrugs their shoulders and simply adapts to this ever-worsening workplace? We can't, it's that simple.

GE don’t care about positive change Ge don’t care about you at all. They will not close the gap because they are doing everything they can to offset their inconsiderate business practices for the new company.

It's called "compliancy" and you all suffer from a bad lethal case of it. You accept it because you expect somebody else to not accept it on your behalf. Expect somebody to look out for you more than you lookout for your own self. Let me know how that works out for you.
