When it comes to finding a new job, networking is key. You gotta put yourself out there, connect with people, and make sure you're on top of your game. You can't just sit around waiting for an opportunity to fall in your lap. Start attending networking events, join professional organizations, and connect with people on social media. The more people you know, the better chance you have of landing a job. Your life will be so much easier if you know finding a new job will not be a problem if you're laid off.

We need all the lerts we can get💯‼️
I sent 27 cold (well I chose the 'who' carefully) linkedin connections. Of these 10 connected. The 9th connection got me my new job. Do it - it works.
Networking is key. Statistically, it takes about 10 personal connections to land a job, and It takes 160 blind, job post applications to achieve the same results.
Absolutely. Whilst there are jobs advertised - it is 100% essential to build that network. As much as you may hate Linkedin - that is the thing it does best. I just landed a new role before my exit date - and was from a single speculative connection request - there wasn't even a role advertised. So it can be done. Post daily. Make the posts relevant. Hone your profile. Find key people to connect to at companies you would like to work at. Oh - and don't sit there thinking our current masters will help you. In my experience they did **** all.
