The board is more interested in making blackrock and vanguard happy than their actual customers and there’s no indication that will be changing anytime soon. So yes, layoffs were not only necessary but will continue until either ESG initiatives are dropped or the company simply goes under completely. Given the ignorance and hubris of the boomertards sitting at the top, I would bet on the latter.
I don't know, but there are still some of us that moved to Lake Nona and don't even have a building until 2026. My sympathies are low at the moment.
