Executives in every industry have been getting free perks for decades.. free food, free luxury travel accommodations business/first class flights, hotel rooms, company retreats, and the list goes on and on and fking on.
Finally lower level employees were able to enjoy some perks for a few years. Keep in mind that companies needed to offer sht like free food to stay competitive in top markets like the Bay Area and NYC. Still, some people are still bashing tech workers for an entitlement mentality?!
What about the executives who FAILED these tech businesses by overhiring these "entitled" peasants? Why the sudden boot licking?
Hope so! Google employees are some of the most ungrateful, spoiled and overpaid folks I know!
