I literally cannot describe how big a mess our store is.
The boss has a huge ego and of course he will never admit that the store is in a desperate state, because that would mean admitting to himself that he doesn't know how to do his job.
I would so like to see some positive change, however, I am increasingly aware that it will never happen.
