I want security in a job a 2 year extension really sounds like they know that once Verona is here something is going down. Just got me thinking a lot about the security. Yes we are hiring in 273 and you should see some of the people they hired. They lowered the skill set so much.

What? Is there any update on the 301 clam bake this summer yet?
ANYONE that support’s CD, 1000% or 1%, your most of the problem. His screaming-fist pounding methods have gotten us no where. Sadly to few are engaged to turn things around. Those that scream this support must also be non educated school drop outs. Maybe someone else that actually graduated high school at least should be im this position. At the same time, time for 301 folks to read the bylaws and take the union back. The BA job is a sliver of what the BA and most members think it is. If the President doesnt want the actual responsibility, then he too should be gone. Read and educate yourselves, you have been bullsh-tted your entire career here if you started working in early 2000’s. The union leadership hasnt been right since the Daddy’s where in charge.

@1cma+1mg8ST9M—- you said it he campaign to try!! He did try!! He has been trying for 11 years!! His plan was already out to GE. They already had it all thought out before he sat down to TRY. I GIVE HIM ALL THE PROPS IN THE WORLD! For he is the only one who was trying to right side the lop sided ship vrs the D and the T’s. CD has my vote1000% and I am an unskilled T like the rest of you.
Maybe the cameras are part of a comedy show like the show the Office. Maybe we will get academy awards before they close it here.
Company says a 2 year extension? Union said sure thing! Cameras for money to be divided? Union said sure thing! No closing the gap for T’s take it from the D’s. Union sure thing!

*There is no closing the Gap for T’s so stop complaining.

- our attendance will be strict because they want to fire and hire to keep wages low! If they get 10% to turn over year after year for 2 years that 10% is at the lowest rate in progression.
**the union got a cheesy raise and extension so you tell me where the companys future goal is here in Schenectady. It’s not thinking of a future! They think we make the parts here is easy. It’s a skill but they don’t look at it like that. They look at it like we are peons.
I say here in Schenectady is a sunken ship that is going to be lost at sea with in 2 years. The union gives them everything they want because if they do not the company will close shop in Schenectady. Schenectady voted no! Schenectady is really on the chopping block now! The writing is on the wall Verona is going to clean house in 2 years!
The only thing that was thought of - was how to make good on the campaign promise of trying to get more money for the T rates, so much that when the company said sure thing BUT we want Cameras & a change to the attendance policy and then we’ll consider allowing you to divide that 12% . How foolish
