Optum just cut a bunch of jobs and implemented a hiring freeze throughout UnitedHealthcare, today.

Hiring freeze for US based positions. They are hiring all outsourcing locations due to staff churn.
There is a hiring freeze but new roles being posted daily. So are they hiring or not?

I had a manager that didn’t know Jack diddly about IT. Guy paid good to lead him around tho.
Oh, and since you are a 2, you can't apply for internal jobs either. :)
It’s great that they lay you off, and then tell you that you can apply to internal jobs. Oh, and then…Surprise! We are implementing a hiring freeze! Um…Thanks for absolutely nothing!
