While I agree that the leadership of the company is suspect at best, please don’t shame those that need to support their family and keep a roof over their head for taking a less than ideal offer. They’re the victims, not the enemy.
Wow. Layoffs are happening like every couple of months
This company is something else, they start something up then fire everyone before it can get a leg.
Not only they they drain the team so they can use it as a excuse of why it happened.
Why is their not employee walkouts over this?
Search the layoff board for Pacific Life. They hired a new CIO from Genworth in 2019 and his only mission was to layoff as many people as possible even in business operations and give it all the indian outsource shops and Genpac.
And nothing else. that’s all he did
