Siorry to say, but at the moment, which options do you have?
I work in a FAANG. Interview at Meta happened on March, but I was notified my L7 role was eliminated.
It is a very slow hiring process in most companies. You may interview for series B start up and see if you can find something. Other than that, expect a serious pay cut if you work in a regular enterprise, hospital etc.
I don't know! Why SHOULD you stay? Facebook, and hence your contribution, is about as useful as ti-s on a boar hog.
