FI used to be good when it was FIIS
Digital Assets is its own business unit. Culture is much better than PI or WI or FI
not WI, there is no clear direction, lots of initiatives started and nothing followed through, no agreement and different strategies for same obscure goals. cannot speak for FI or PI.
Avoid FI at all costs. The management stack is rife with toxic personalities

All I know is the branches are so busy they can’t handle all the business and they are staffed so full reps have to reserve desk. These are great times to be at Fidelity.
