I hate it. Useless managers are dedicated to somehow trying to convince us that the company is in great shape. Why do they do that? Do they really think that we can't see that it's sinking and that there isn't much hope that it will get better any time soon?

Lenovo management is like watching Beavis and Bu-----d run things. Absolutely incompetent, pathetic and antiquated.
Lenovo management = Tone-deaf, grossly overpaid re--rds with no accountability.
I see chump change is back. Thought you were too busy going down on your Chinese superiors and laying off good people like the obedient simp that you are.
I was CEO 15 years ago and you still remember so it worked. Stay motivated. Bill.
Lol. I did! It motivated me to GTFO and work for a better company with actual leadership, not a bunch of IBM clowns standing around tossing salad.
If you really are Bill Amelio, know that most people that worked with you in the past think you are a complete tool and wish nothing but pain and misery on you and your family. Eat sh!t.

I've had managers, directors, and even an executive director "paint a pretty picture", ie. lying through their teeth and telling their subordinates what they feel would "calm the masses". The managers, directors, and executive directors don't care if you know the truth because there are many others who believe 100% whatever their superiors tell them.
The managers in isg are the worst, brown noses, phony, etc. I'm so glad I quit that place.
My favorite example of this was a long time ago when Amelio was CEO. A big layoff just happened and he sent out a company-wide email telling the worker bees to, and I quote: "stay motivated". It's like the higher up you go in management, the lower the IQ.
