Been at GF 7 1/2 grueling years, and never have I seen so many outsiders helping new/lost leaders make decisions for those of us that actually do the job? Why so many partners, this feels a lot like Mckensey Round 2. Not to mention, having a neck like an owl to follow the plan....
PS is it just me or is TC getting creepier with the ladies. If he did that to me, I don't think I could keep quiet.
GF is turning in to he-l.
When you have a group of "incompetents" as SLT members, they have to bring in outside companies to tell them how to do their jobs. If you look at GF's SLT there isn't one of them who were rising stars at other companies, all of them were declining fossils at other companies. We have the head of DE who only cares out outsourcing and zero about innovation. We have the head of tech dev who is clueless about developing new technologies. What a joke these and other high-level folks are, these people are the cause for ruining the company with their bad decisions!!!! Let's create more useless projects like "Phoenix" or "Falcon" Time to clean house starting at CEO level and continuing down through the entire SLT!!!! Don't forget HR, they are clueless too, clean house there also, they actually try to tell us GF pays competitively what a JOKE!!!
TC acts like he is so suave but it just comes across as slimy and creepy. Just look at pictures where he is posing with females where the personal space is as big as our non-existent annual raises. And don’t get me started with random females you never heard of getting C-suite or board appointments. And you expect this guy to lead a struggling company when all this guy can think of is how inappropriate he can get without getting “MeToo”ed
He is creepy. Saw him up on Broadway last week in flip flops. He’s much shorter in person.
