I expect more layoffs to happen in 2023-2024- probably some locations closing too

How is the new ERP rollout going? For a F500 sized company, that seems to be a trainwreck, dumpster fire, whatever your analogy. At any rate, people will be sacrificed and the folks to blame will be promoted. It's the FEI way. And if you're doing well in Fla, great. You won't have adequate warehouse help because they are trying to protect expansion in Northeast, Northwest and elsewhere. Your service will suffer, they will come up with more Ops 'workarounds' for that ancient system, and customers will go somewhere else to buy.
But until they reduce the ops staff to put enough people to answer the phones, you will suffer.
