If you get harassed and go to HR, you are the problem that needs to be eliminated. Only the bullies keep their jobs, in fact the worse you behave, the more eligible you are for a promotion. Horrible place to work, I developed a few permanent health conditions from the stress from being harrassed. HR states there is a zero tolerance for retaliation but then HR partners with the bully to eliminate you for exposing them. My life is so much better since I no longer work there. Take your severance and put it in the bank, the job market is still good right now, don't wait to look as things may not be as good in 6 months. You will be so happy to work anywhere else.

This is true, the CIO at the time I was there was fresh out of college, did a town hall and said he built a linux machine once... Really just once??? I was pretty sure he was related to someone up top. The place was a fiasco, filled with nepotism and favors, corrupt fools that thought they knew how IT worked... Just a large BS company...
It seems like every other person in my department is related or a family friend . How is it possible to have a manager with two daughters in the same division? These people are untouchable and promoted yearly.
