Loss of talent

Recently, the number of talented employees leaving this place on their own accord has increased significantly. All of them possess exceptional skills and have made significant contributions to the company's success. It is truly disheartening to witness such a significant loss of talent, as we all know their departure could and most likely will impact our productivity, morale, and overall performance.

Our meathead management has talked about selling assets for a while to pay down debt. Nothing new here.

Unfortunately once it takes hold, it is near impossible to undo a toxic culture.

Gaslink project can lead to more cost overruns. Pressure builds on to push forecast further and lots of incompetent people there. Qtr results … fingers crossed

I don't understand why they even send HR managers to Houston from Calgary on a long term assignment. Paying them for all extra "luxury" lifestyle. Why????? What a waste of money for the company. No wonder why stock performance is lagging.

Agreed, I’ve seen a loss as well, not to mention I know several who are looking and waiting for that call then they too are on the way out. No smiles in the Houston office, morale is low, certain people trying to make a name by walking on others. The issue is not the ICs, not all Managers but the level below VPs. Certain VPs do need to go.
