If I transfer to another team, same grade level. Is it typical and possible the new team hiring manager gives me a pay increase or no?

In 2024, I received additional RSUs. So total compensation appears to be alright in 2024. Obviously, that will vary according to RSU performance.
However, in 2025 it shows a major drop in compensation.
No pay increase for you. Only decrease. RSU will continue to fall.
