I can't and I don't want to be here much longer. This is definitely a very poorly managed company. I would understand if the managers favored the best employees but instead they favor the biggest slackers who only know how to get out of their responsibilities and pass them on to someone else. Why do they favor the worst employees?

I have definitely see favoritism at Macys after working at MTech for many years. When a company goes through RIF and several smaller transitions it’s interesting to see who is retained. To be fair some of the colleagues who were let go probably deserved it but some did not.
Favoritism happens at all companies.
Sucking up gets you more hours and you get to move up the ladder in the company.
