We had a team meeting. Not one had video on. No one engaged. The moral is the worst in 10 years here. I have 3 interviews next week. I can smell the carcass.
One more leader is on their way out. More will be in May. CEO really painted the walls red and has the expectation that everyone see green.
Resignation ready. I have made my choice to join another company. They are painting the walls green and insisting we see red. That’s how far off their reality is to ours.
