How does a 2 hr meeting help sales, clean backrooms, help stock, set mods, fill features? Cause the world is happening while you have yor meetings. Now your 2 hrs behind and you expect everyone to catch.

All this is exactly why we need more automation and robotics at the stores.
A long long time ago, we had "meeting time" where food was served, and actually learned. Now 100 different departments in corporate create new initiatives and expect us all to remember and learn them. - even when they make no sense. We are up to 4 devices to do our work ... a cover, TC, tablet, and computer for email/associate needs.
Lol they have meetings to talk about what they want to do but nothing else changes. Same sh-t different day!!
