Someone explain to me how it helps to keep somebody that just worked a 12 hr shift an extra 2 hrs then expect them to go home, get enough sleep, take care of their family and come back in that same night and be expected to be 100%? You can't hold peoples head under water then expect to get the best out of them. Anybody that manages people learn this the day they start managing people. DT

Just another made up story on this site
In the other post, you said there was an accident involved. What’s up with that?
I am never surprised at the level of total ignorance of those that participate on this forum.
From the gospel of st. doug : less physical work and higher pay. For all you out there who think they know something you ain't seen nothing yet. Doug needs a statue , go me fund anyone.
LoL people bragging about having done similar (see: exploited) don't even realize what they gave up, are actually proud that they don't have any bargaining power, and actually believe everything they did can be extrapolated to the entire global population. If you think this is what work should be like, then you're exactly who the oligarchs want, easy to take advantage of cucks, begging to let someone else fu-k your wife. LoL
Obviously, this never happened.
I worked 14 hours days doing construction. 5-6 days a week for over 30 years. Made good money, retired early. A good work ethic can be profitable.
This happened to an hourly associate? What’s the club, facility or store number?
The original poster is just being dramatic. And of course, d-mber than 5hit.
I have worked 3, 12 hour shifts in a row at a hospital where it was normal and part of the schedule to do that. Several years later I worked 12 hour shifts 3 days and had 4 days off and 3 days on. This was in manufacturing. Both of those jobs I did for years on end, as did my co-workers. I loved having 3 day work weeks.
12 hour shifts are normal in several industries.
