Why doesn't Barclays acquire BNYM it would be a good synergy and save BNYM morale from all time low. Employees are leaving and getting pushed out, with poor image expenses are already reduced from headcount reduction. Safe play because of flight to quality. It could be better managed by Barclays and attrition would be more organic.
