Thread regarding 3M layoffs

Anyone received their Annual Increase yet?

How much did you get? I thought they were supposed to be available in Workday now but mine isn’t. Radio silence about it from my manager so far…maybe that’s a bad sign!

In the U.S., your annual increase is effective April 1st, so you'll see it in your April 30th pay (for salaried employees paid monthly). The increase is actually quite generous this year, a whole 3%. Your Supervisor/Manager should have reviewed your Compensation Change sheet with you in early April. In Workday, go to your Profile and select "Compensation" from the left-hand navigation to find it.

2% in UK, plus another 3.8% for an exceptional rating. Of course this all depends where you are vs compa ratio - could be more, could be less.

I don’t see it in Workday either. There used to be a worklet called Compensation which would also show salary min/max/compa-ratio, etc. But that’s been gone for a few months.

Goes to show how unethical and unfair things are here!

Most MSD reps got a 5.5 percent increase for 2 ratings. The surgical reps got 8.5 percent raises. Seems like they are favoring the KCI reps to try and keep them from constantly leaving.

3 percent increase for a rating of 2 ( meets expectations).
