Extremely incompetent upper management. CEO doesn't care about customers or employees only OpenTable cronies. Its a giant, greedy money grab all at the full expense of its dwindling customer base. C suite is about bringing in OpenTable people with nothing to show for badly planned subscription strategy, all smoke and mirrors. Three companies brands Corel, Parallels and MindManager all had their brands and sales run into the ground. If Corel aka Alludo is going to buy your company quit ASAP.
