I am considering applying to a position at Fossil. Could someone confirm if the company has a hybrid work structure and if so how many days do you get to wfh? I have heard conflicting answers.

I would steer clear unless you just absolutely need a job right away. Only horrible lower management and those that have been there 15 years+ remain....and they do not have a good track record of 'playing nice'.
WFH 100% when you get laid off in 2024!
Depends on the department. Also, things change so often you can’t take what HR tells you with any value.
I would say good luck but the luck comes into play when you decline an offer from Fossil.
It’s a hybrid schedule, Tuesday’s and fridays are WFH.
