It is safe to say that the merit raises for the Accounting Department were total BS. Did not come close to keeping up with inflation.

It is appalling that many employees didn’t get a raise good enough to compensate for inflation. Meanwhile CEO and executives keep milking millions out this company without delivering good performance
I’m surprised they gave anything at all —3% sucks but better than zero. Gotta get promotions to make more money sadly. All they money went to promoting managers sups and leads/advisors
Y’all gotta leave at this point. You make more money when you leave a company compared to when you stay and get measly pay raises. Put yourself first. The company that matters most is [Insert your name, Inc]. Better pay is out there if you step past the fear of the unknown and walk into greener(bank account green) pastures

Technical side here, came in at inflation, pretty lame. Company is either completely clueless or gaslighting us.
