HR/Mgmt or AI? Whichever, people have a right to vent, this company has the worst healthcare benefits of any major corporation I have worked at and I have worked at several, that’s ironic! This company gives the worst merit increases of any company I have ever worked for, 1-2% or less how absurd! This company invests more in offshore staffing than any other company primarily doing business in the USA. UHG/Optum are not the good guys, they are profit driven, short sighted, and basically succeed simply due to critical mass! What’s their turnover rate, 35-40%, I’m not surprised people are here scared and voicing what we cannot internally!
