It’s possible; the recent reorganization efforts show they will try, but Q is playing catch up. It can be done, and they have smart people.
But, the number of people actually focused on AI is a couple hundred… out of 50K? Plus, H1Bs and Indians generally cannot innovate - only follow - unlike American, European, Russian, and Chinese engineers. Yet, seemingly Q keeps moving towards sub-competent labour.

When i tell people I work at Qualcomm people use to ask me if i could get tickets to the stadium at a discount. I think Qualcomm is known world wide more as a stadium… but stadium was knocked down so maybe mobile processing now
