Most of the new contractors are sub contractors. They are body shopped from other small staffing companies.

You can’t replace with high cost power point warriors. only option is low motivated, low skill sub contractors. The whole approach was not seriously thought through.
Some of them are so arrogant and ignorant (oxymoron).
The new WiPro offshore IT staff don't even receive Optum equipment/laptops, just a portal to log into work their own equipment.
Body shopped- why? It’s a lot easier to cut the temps without paying benefits or severance package. In the meantime, less accountability for the FTE management. It’s revolving door “human trafficking”. Guess who are the winners? Leadership/management. This is old story unfortunately
