I get it, many of us are dealing with a heavy workload, a shortage of staff, and insufficient hours to finish all the tasks on our list. What I've decided is to stop stressing about this whole situation. I'm giving it my all, and I can't give more than that. We can only do what our bodies allow, and getting worked up about not having enough support or hours isn't going to make a difference.
