Thread regarding Giant Eagle layoffs

Bully in L&D strikes again

Another person left the L&D team, no I mean they left the bully in L&D.

ANOTHER PERSON left...the same L&D VP. According to my count, that's at least 6 people who directly reported to that person who left.

Will anything ever be done????????!!!!!!!!

It's more than 6 that have left on the L&D teams because of the VP of TM Growth & Development. I lost count at 14 of her direct reports who left or transferred teams since she arrived.

Nothing is ever done even though team members that have left her team have talked to Laura Carrot and Bill Artie about it. All she and any anyone in leadership cares about is sending jobs to India.

After ruining recruiting, Big Bird gave her L&D.

Im not sure what exactly what the L and D team is, perhaps learning and development or labor and delivery..lol..anyway nothing will be done.. everyone is replaceable..It's all a big game to them to see who can out bully eachother..who can make the most employees cry and have a mental breakdown..this culture starts at the top and works it's way down. They do it to show off and try to justify their job which is probably not needed. Call up the ethics hotline they really hate that..not that it will do much. Record your conversations.
