Just when I think that it couldn't get any more stressful here, this place surprises me. Have you ever worked in an unhealthier atmosphere than here? Unfortunately, people decide to quit only when the enormous stress clearly starts to affect their health.

File for short term disability over the effects on mental health. All you have to do is get a psychiatrist to sign off on it, and you're done.
If you took the 80% short term, you'll most likely make more on short term that you did while working.
A company I spoke with said it’s okay to speak bad about this company. We are hiring so many of their reps. Optums loss.
The unfair part is if you quit due to toxic culture impacting health, you cant say that on next interviews. Because nothing is ever the company’s fault.
