Thread regarding Optum layoffs

I hate my job

I never thought I'd be one of those people who hate their jobs with a fiery passion, but here I am. Optum managed to break me. I loved my job, but after suffering so much abuse and mistreatment here, I'm now dreading every new workday. Things shouldn't be like this. How is such toxic culture even sustainable?

"glad you got fired for filing frivolous complaints. too bad you will be a leech on society now though "

Anyone else hear the sound of butt-kissing and the cancerous corporate line being towed?

I was in the same boat so I started filing complaints against my manager with HR. not much came of it but it felt so good to see him sweat.... So much fun! After all that I have to say THANK YOU for laying me off! I get the summer off with pay :)

Toxic culture is sustainable because it’s an epidemic
