Thread regarding Citrix Systems Inc. layoffs

Please, how do I get myself laid off?

I need to leave Citrix more than I need air.

Just keep doing bare minimum and look disinterested. I know it worked for someone I worked with.

I appreciate the sentiment, but that will get you fired, not laid off.

100% Best Strategy: Simply demonstrate how you're actively helping CSG customers switch to the competitor's superior digital workspace solutions. You'll infuriate TK for doing what's best for our customers, while helping their CIOs to do what many already plan to do in 2023. It's a win-win approach.

IF you have a manager with an upcoming hc challenge and IF you are close enough to him to ask you (in confidence) to put you on it, you could make it work although the odds of those aligning are usually pretty poor. Honestly if it is sucking the soul out of you, I would avoid sites like these where you will only hear stuff that makes you feel even worse. Just focus on life and coast at work

just spend your work hours looking for a job

It looks like work more than actual work !

I took six months off before I quit and did the absolute bare minimum so when I wasn’t laid off I basically had my severance pay from doing nothing. I suggest you do the same and focus on you job search first. FCK CITRIX/CSG. FCK TK.

Too late. You’ve already been deemed too stupid to leave on your own. You should just spend your work hours looking for a job. It’s the closest thing you’ll get to company sponsored layoff support services and severance pay. Nobody cares as long as you look busy.

I was one of the lucky ones back in January. I knew those layoffs were coming and would have quit if not laid off. Luckily I was and have been having a blast on their dime. Good luck to you, I hope it happens to those that want it.

I know it's an exaggeration, but that's how it sometimes feels.
