Thread regarding United States Layoffs layoffs

There is no logic to it. Intelycare laying off good employees while letting not so good ones remain is a big mistake.
Admittedly, there are many companies that manage layoffs in exactly that way, leaving mediocre ones while cutting capable and hard-working people...
